According to multiple reports, Judge Susan Garsh approved the prosecution’s request to grant immunity to Hernandez’s fiancee, Shayanna Jenkins, should Jenkins be called to testify in the former Patriots tight end’s murder trial. Aaron Kelly was detained on Interstate 90 between Sprague and Spokane, the Richland Police Department wrote in a Facebook post. He was booked on first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder charges, according to authorities. Kelly is charged with fatally shooting Justin Krumbah, 38, after a “heated discussion” inside a Fred Meyer on Monday morning, police said, per the Tri-City Herald. Multiple shots were fired and another man was injured, police said....

Nola’s Game 1 outing may be a cause for concern. He started the postseason with flawless performances in the Wild Card and Divisional Series. However, he has struggled to replicate that dominance in his past two starts. Nola pitched 12.2 innings without allowing a single run in the NL Wild Card and Divisional Series.
