With the massive bump in players, there has seemingly been no shortage of clips and videos showcasing some skill and occasionally accidental gameplay moments during multiplyaer matches or Warzone 2.0. One clip in particular featured a ‘1 in a million’ moment where a Modern Warfare 2 player actually is able to kill themselves with their own grenade from across the map. The latest viral clip seemingly takes things to a whole new level of absurdity.

Over on the official Modern Warfare 2 subReddit, a user named tiktokalnuke posted a video showcasing what players can do with aircraft like helicopters. During a Ground War match in the Modern Warfare 2 beta, the player takes a helicopter towards an enemy aircraft in what appears to be an attempt for allies on board to simply pick off players who are using it as a rally point. After circling around the enemy helicopter, the pair seemingly sync up to fly side by side until the rotors get caught up with each other.
As the blades connect, both helicopters begin to go vertical with hit markers starting to appear. Before long, the enemy helicopter explodes in a blaze with the remaining helicopter simply flying as is nothing weird had just happened. Comments on the Modern Warfare 2 video have been extremely positive, with many pointing out the UAV flying by at the end and some wondering if it is even possible to land on one. Tiktokalnuke mentioned that they had used the transport helicopter to ram UAVs out of the sky, seemingly confirming how versatile and destructive these aircraft can be.
While the beta was certainly seen as a success by all metrics, it wasn’t always smooth sailing, a fact that developer Infinity Ward not only confirmed but attempted to fix through various updates. Following the end of the open beta, the studio gave fans an update of what they can expect to see when the game launches later this month. A new blog post revealed all of the changes and fixes Infinity Ward is making to Modern Warfare 2 including improvements to visibility and audio, continued bug fixes, as well as a resolution to the frustrating disbanding lobbies issue.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 launches on October 28 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
